Cleanser: @epionce Lytic Gel Cleanser, Contains willow bark and menthol extracts for a tingling morning sensation to get my day started
Medication: Onexton (benzoyl peroxide + clindamycin) to help prevent any small breakouts and calm down inflammation.
Antioxidant: @skinceuticals Phloretin CF to prevent all of the damage from the pollutants and free radicals our skin is exposed to. Like @teawithmd it causes less breakouts on my skin I actually like the coffee bean scent it has
Extras: @alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar This patented #trihextechnology is one of a kind that helps stimulate new collagen and elastin. It glides on smooth like a primer that I put under my moisturizer and makeup.
Moisturizer: @alastin Ultra Nourishing Moisturizer or @pcaskin Hydraluxe. Both equipped to hydrate my skin in the high altitude dry Utah climate; I also like @aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer.
Sunscreen: @alastin Hydratint Pro Mineral Sunscreen SPF 36. It’s a physical sunblock with a radiant glow and protects from UVA, UVB, and b/c of the iron oxide component I am protected from physical light as well; I alternate with @eltaMD UV Daily SPF 40; & for my reapplication of SPF during the day @colourscience Sunforgettable Loose Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
Foundation/Concealer: If applied, I use @nars Matte Velvet Skin Tint b/c its non-comedogenic with an extra boost of SPF
PM REGIMEN
Makeup Remover: @neutrogena Makeup Removing Wipes
Cleanser: I use a combination of the Cosmion Acne Wash (containts salicyclic, mandelic, and malic acid) to clean off any impurities and @pcaskin Pigment Bar to keep my overall skin tone free from any dark spot with its combination of kojic acid, azelaic acid, and niacinamide.
Medication: Tazorac 0.1% cream to help keep my skin free of acne, even out my skin tone, help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, @epionce Purifying Spot Gel Treatment for acne spot treatment
Extras: Cosmion Pads with salicyclic, madelic, and malic acid if I want a gentle exfoliation; @Revision Nectifirm to help prevent “tech lines” around my neck and keep my decolletage smooth and wrinkle free
Eye Cream: @epionce Renewal Eye Cream or @Revision DEJ Eye Cream to help with fine lines, wrinkles, and firmness
#1 Favorite “Can’t Live Without” Product:
Topical Retinoid!! To me it’s my fountain of youth for cell turnover/exfoliation, evening out my skin tone, and preventing fine lines & wrinkles. Together with my sunscreen my skin is protected for life!!
Anything Else: There are a thousand great skin care products both medical grade and drugstore brands. I believe that you should rotate your products to receive all of the benfits that each has to offer. When the season/weather changes, be mindful of your skin and the products you are using.
